All sales are final; but in the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery to let us know. We will replace the damaged/defective item with a new one at no cost to you. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to us, provided you meet the guidelines below.

Ship back the damaged/defective product within 48 hours after we notify you.
